F-1 Check clearance of pintle bearing.

F-2 Repack rudder stock gland using owner.
F-3 Unfreeze rudder blade bolts.
F-4 Disassemble and removal of steering gear.
F-5 Disassembly and removal of blade.
F-6 Dismantling and removal of rudder stock.
F-7 Renew rudder stock bearing.
F-8 Machine to finish rudder stock magcono bearing.
F-9 Transport rudder stock to shop for safe keeping.
F-10 Mount on lathe machine to check for lateral or torsional destorsion.
F-11 Straightened shaft by application of heat.
F-12 Straightened shaft by mechanical bending using hydraulic pump.
F-13 Renewal of pintle bearing.
F-14 Renewal of pintle half moon.
F-15 Clean rudder stock tailshaft and apply preservation coat.
F-16 Pull-out and reinstall jumping collar.
F-17 Pull-out and reinstall steering compartment access.
F-18 Breaking of solid cement sealed at the rudder flange, re-cement after works.
F-19 Check and clean rudder blade hinges, flap links.Apply yard-supplied grease on rudder stock bearing and bushing.
F-20 Build-up and machine pintle half moon.
F-21 Reface lower bearing sleeves of rudder stock.
F-22 Reface faceplate to rudder stock flange.
F-23 Remove and re-install access cover of rudder stock.
F-24 Build-up and machine to rudder quadrant key.
F-25 Pull-out and re-install rudder stock quadrant base and transport to shop for works. F-26 Fabricate new jumping collar using yard supply.
F-27 Installation of new jumping collar.
F-45 Removal of rudder stock quadrant.
F-46 Transport rudder stock quadrant to shop for safe keeping.
