G-1-1 Clean and polish propeller blades.

G-1-2 Unfreeze, remove and reinstall propeller lock nut.
G-1-3 Remove and reinstall propeller.
G-1-4 Pull-out and reinstall propeller rubber seal. Apply yard-provided grease at the inside diameter of propeller hub.
G-1-5 Calibrate propeller blade pitch.
G-1-6 Conduct static balance of propeller.
G-1-7 Transport propeller to shop for works.
G-1-8 Build-up eroded section of propeller blade using oxygen-acetylene.
G-1-9 Fair-up dented section of propeller blade using mechanical alignment.
G-1-10 In-place honing of propeller to set tapered section of propeller hub and tailshaft using mechanical blue.
G-1-11 Dye check blade roots
G-1-12 Pull-out and re-install propeller hub.
G-1-13 Fabrication of bolt to propeller locknut.
G-1-14 Fabrication of new special tools to propeller locknut.
G-2 Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP)
G-2-1 Pull-out and reinstall hub cap. Renew with owner-supplied rubber seal.
G-2-2 Pull-out and reinstall individual propeller blade and renew owner-supplied seal.
G-2-3 Weigh-in individual blade independently for balance calibration.
G-2-4 Pull-out and reinstall control push rod.
G-2-5 Pull-out and reinstall pitch control head.
G-2-6 Pull-out and reinstall pitch sliding blocks.
G-2-7 Calibrate pitch readings after re-assembly.
G-2-8 Dye check blade roots.
G-2-9 Manual lapping of blade seat to include fabrication of lapping base/platform.
