To ensure strict vessel compliance with the required standard in accordance to minimum port state vessel safety rules and regulations. To extend to vessel owners and operators technical assistance on matters to reduce repair and maintenance costs by reduction of vessel down-time. To forge a close and long-term relationship with the ship owner - operator clients with the end-view of establishing a business relationship based on trust and mutual realization that co-existence and progress is dependent on the success of all the stakeholders in the industry.
